Dr. Ben Hutten-Czapski
Founder & CEO, Lead Writer
The original RewardsMD, engineer turned Anesthesiologist, Ben is an optimization fanatic. When he realized he could combine his love for numers with travel, he knew he found his latest passion. Since starting RewardsMD he has given hundreds of one on one consultations and run a dozen group sessions. He advocates for physicians and other professionals to industry partners like Chexy, and maintains both this website and the RewardsMD Facebook Group
Dr. Alex Chase
Contributor, RewardsMD Atlantic Head
Alex is a pediatric emergency physician in Halifax and has been part of RewardsMD since its early days. His favourite points redemption experience was taking his parents and wife through the Lufthansa First Class Terminal in Frankfurt.
Last year, he booked 14 business and first class roundtrips between Canada and Europe. Having just welcomed a new daughter, he is especially excited for the travel experiences ahead and looks forward to helping others achieve their own travel dreams.
Dr. Bash Amien

Living in Edmonton Bash has a special interest in routes from Western Canada to places all around the world including his homeland of South Africa. He is a clinic owner, real estate investor, and has a family of 4 making him well versed in leveraging business expenses to optimize travel for a family.
Dr. William Stuart
Consultant
Will is a hospitalist, carpenter and adventure enthusiast. He developed a passion for travel rewards when he realized it embodied the “work smarter, not harder” philosophy. He lives in Ontario with his wife and son (soon to be two sons!) and has traveled to all 7 continents.
